Brian Miller is a seasoned business executive with extensive leadership experience across a range of industries. He currently serves as the President and CEO of ProVia, a nationally recognized manufacturer of professional-class exterior building products. Known as a catalyst for positive change, Brian is dedicated to simplifying complexity, pursuing organizational excellence, and cultivating strong, values-driven leaders and teams.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Brian has contributed his insight and expertise to numerous business and ministry boards. He is also a co-founder of Branches Worldwide, an organization committed to transforming communities around the world by empowering Christian entrepreneurs with the tools and support they need to make a lasting impact.

Brian lives in Walnut Creek, Ohio with his wife, Brenda. They are proud parents of two adult daughters, Brittany and Brooke and they are truly enjoying their newest role, grandparenting!

ABOUT
‍Chris is a leader and innovator in faith-based organizational leadership, design, and development, serving is the President of The Good Place Institute (a Good Place Holdings company). He is also Chief of Staff at Good Place Holdings and co-author of the book, The Good Place Organization: A Leader’s Guide to Stewarding Good Place Organizations. Chris has spent over twenty years researching and developing Biblically-based approaches, methods, and resources while leading and helping others build and steward for-profit and non-profit organizations where the organization thrives, individuals flourish, communities prosper, and the world becomes a better place, where organizations achieve success from a Biblical worldview through valuing people, building up Good Places in the communities where we live and work, and being good stewards of our economic resources.

‍Throughout his career, Chris has served on senior leadership teams and in management leadership roles domestically and internationally, from start-up businesses and regional consulting firms to a $60 million service and manufacturing company and on boards of several non-profit organizations.

‍Chris graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Canisius University in Buffalo, NY, and Cum Laude with a Master of Arts in Religion from Trinity International University (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) in Deerfield, IL.

‍Chris has been married to his extraordinary wife, Erin, for over 26 years. They have two sons, Carson (21) and Tyler (20), and reside in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Chris has led a house church for over 5 years and has also served on several non-profit boards including private school, church, and city-movement organizations. He has also coached at the high school level for Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (CVCA) Boys Lacrosse and Boys Basketball, and guest teacher and advisor for CVCA School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Chris played Division 1 basketball at both The University of Akron and Canisius University on full athletic scholarships. In his college career, he was a GTE CoSIDA District 1 Academic All-American, Canisius College Presidential Student-Athlete of the Year, and on Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Academic Teams.

Dan Owolabi is the CEO of Branches, a ministry dedicated to supporting high-impact entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners worldwide. He holds a graduate degree from Ashland University centering on American Leadership and is completing a doctorate in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dan is a teaching pastor at Grace Church in Wooster, Ohio, where he lives with his wife & two daughters.

Emmanuel is a serial social entrepreneur from Kampala, Uganda, with a passion for upskilling the next generation of digital talent in preparation for jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities in Africa. He is also the co-founder of era92 Group, a group of social enterprises on a mission to reverse engineer poverty and create prosperity for Africans through businesses and microfinance, which has created over 2,000 jobs for youth from the slums of Uganda.

Frank Bealer is a passionate advocate for faith-based leadership, strategic innovation, and community impact. As the Chief Executive Officer of Generis, Frank brings over 25 years of ministry & leadership experience to helping churches and organizations align their mission with actionable strategies that serve their communities effectively. As an instrumental leader at Generis, he partners with churches and faith-based organizations to help them navigate complex challenges, implement innovative strategies, and develop pathways for sustainable growth. A core passion of Frank’s work is transforming the conversation around generosity, helping churches accelerate giving toward their God-inspired vision and equipping leaders with biblical strategies to cultivate lasting cultures of generosity.

Frank’s journey of leadership spans across diverse sectors. Throughout his career, Frank has remained deeply committed to equipping churches to make a tangible difference in their communities. As one of the Founders of Phase Partners, he created innovative solutions to critical societal challenges, particularly in addressing the childcare crisis. His work has empowered churches to reimagine their impact, providing resources and strategies to meet the needs of families in meaningful ways.

Before Generis, he also served as the Executive Director of Leadership Development at Orange, where he empowered thousands of church leaders to build sustainable ministry systems. As the Family Pastor at Elevation Church, Frank helped shepherd one of the fastest-growing churches in the country, creating systems that supported families and children at scale.

His leadership extended beyond ministry when he served as President of a nationwide retail insurance firm operating in 47 states, giving him a unique understanding of organizational health, operational efficiency, and business strategy.

Frank’s dynamic approach, grounded in practical wisdom and a servant’s heart, inspires leaders to think beyond the status quo. Whether addressing topics of organizational growth, leadership development, or faith-based community engagement, Frank challenges audiences to take bold steps toward transformative action.

John Fox is the Vice President of Finance at ProVia, a Sugarcreek-based manufacturer of entry doors, windows, siding, stone, and roofing.  He holds both undergraduate and MBA degrees from Ashland University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Before joining ProVia, he spent 14 years across numerous roles in Finance at the J.M. Smucker Company in Orrville.  He is currently on the board of the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce, Central Christian School Finance Committee, and Branches Consulting Co.  John and his wife Emily have three children (ages 8, 6, and 2), and are members at Grace Church in Berlin.  He enjoys playing basketball, fishing, swimming, and Ohio State football.

Kirsten is the cofounder of Cloverleaf.me -- the AI coach behind tens of thousands of teams in the biggest brands across the globe – where she oversees all things Product, People and Marketing. She often speaks on the power of diversity of thought and psychologically safe cultures, from her TEDx talk, to her podcast “People are Complicated,” and her best-selling book “Thrive: A Collaboration Manifesto.” While building Cloverleaf, Kirsten has also been building her family in Cincinnati, Ohio where she lives with her husband and two young kids.

Mark Beebe has spent the last decade in the faith & work movement, inspiring and equipping Christian business owners, CEOs, and executives to view their business as a platform for ministry. Through the power of peer groups and a faith-based business operating system—High Impact Business—Mark continues to equip leaders to achieve triple-bottom line results, maximizing economic, social, and spiritual capital. 

Mark currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Enterprise Stewardship. As the COO, Mark oversees strategic operations, leading initiatives that drive performance excellence, ensure brand integrity, and foster continuous training and development. He provides guidance on accountability structures, facilitates best practice sharing, manages community engagement, and cultivates strategic partnerships.

With a background in corporate recruiting and learning & development, Mark brings a wealth of experience to his role, aligning his passion for enterprise stewardship with a commitment to organizational success.

Mats Tunehag is a writer, speaker and consultant originally from Sweden, now also based in the USA. He has among other things been active in media, religious liberty, anti-human trafficking, partnership development and Business as Mission. He has worked in more than half the countries of the world.

He is the Chairman of BAM Global, and a global thought leader on Business as Mission, BAM. Since the 1990’s he has created numerous networks of leaders from business, church, missions and academia from all continents. He has served as an advisor to groups involved in business, investment, freedom businesses, research and partnership development. He is the chief architect of the ‘Business as Mission Manifesto’ and the ‘Wealth Creation Manifesto’, which is a conceptual framework for the global BAM movement.
